Comparable to other systems in our area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a musician I feel like the Methodist Church doesn't even recognize us. They take good care of the pastors, but the professional musicians are ignored. I feel like I am invisible. I would appreciate getting a raise once in a while.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Caring, quality, concerned for patient care
They pick up Slack whenever and wherever needed. Treat each other with respect and love

That we all put the patients first and at the heart of everything we do
