Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a casual worker and have been told we aren't worth as much as the permanent, though I have been providing the most to the company compared to my other coworkers

all pitch in to help each other out
they are all friendly and funny

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Village manager is approachable, lots of consideration to staff welfare
mostly everyone is friendly and gets along

What did you like most about the interview process?
warm, friendly, positive and interested in ideas
they were very fast to get in touch and get me hired, however, that isn't always the best course of action as I've seen with other hires

The Residents, and seeing them happy
