What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Looking into malpractice, and neglect from doctors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off. 401 K
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Forced to work fast, and fit as many patients in as possible. It's not a great place for good care
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm sickened by the things I see on a daily basis. When a patient contacts patient relations, it is not even seriously looked into. Most cases, are a warranted complaint, as well.
