allow leaders to feed into strategy planning and decision making

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise, and more than 1-3%. Not being capped out after 10 years of nursing in salary.
Decisions are made without employee input. Health insurance increased without other options.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm sickened by the things I see on a daily basis. When a patient contacts patient relations, it is not even seriously looked into. Most cases, are a warranted complaint, as well.
