My team is super helpful and friendly. They are always willing to lend a hand and support one anouther.

It's mainly the people. Sometimes things are tough and there is always someone to vent to or share the burden.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that the company is stable financially. It leads the pack in this industry so it's not going anywhere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the annual bonuses. They are very generous. The company has historically done very well and those bonuses are big deals.
