If you'd like to cancel The Membership, please log in to your MeUndies account.
On the Account page, choose the Manage Your Pair. (If canceling membership for more than one item, please repeat these steps for each pair in your membership).
This brings up options to edit this pair, but if you select Order Settingsin the top right-hand corner, it will reveal more options: selectEnd Membership.
You will then have to select thereason for leaving, answer a survey of how likely you are to return, and if there's anything that you'd like to share about your experience with MeUndies.
Lastly, click the checkbox I understand that by proceeding my butt will most definitely be less cute, then, Cancel my subscription button andConfirm.

That's it! Once you've filled out the brief everything, your Membership will end and our products will go back to being listed at full price. You're free to sign up again, however, if you'd like to unlock special Membership pricing at any point in the future.
There is no email confirmation for the cancellation, but you can confirm there will not be a future shipment by viewing your . Remember that if you had more than one monthly pair shipping, you must repeat the process for each one individually. Once completed, the membership page will no longer show a monthly order scheduled.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During the holidays when order volume is elevated, processing times will be delayed.
US orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days.
Canadian orders are shipped via Globegistics (with final delivery by Canada Post) and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 weeks.
All other international orders are shipped via DHL and are estimated to arrive within 10-12 business days.Duties, taxes and associatedfees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
For US orders using Expedited shipping:
Orders with Expedited shipping are processed same day if ordered before 10 AM PST. Orders placed after 1PM PST, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not ship until the next business day.
Expedited shipping is only available in the US and may not be available in all areas.

View ArticleWe're really quick at packing your order which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the shipping option, shipping address, item size or payment.
If your order has not yet shipped out, we can cancel your order and reprocess it with the correct information.
However, if your order has shipped out and you realized that the address is wrong, we recommend contacting the postal carrier to try to have the address changed or set up mail forwarding. Otherwise, the order will likely be returned to us. If the order is returned to us, we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, we recommend placing a new order while waiting on an order to be returned to sender in case stock is low since we may not be able to immediately re-send an order back out.

Choose Matching Undies on the Homepage.
Click the Let’s Make a Match button.
You’ll then have to select your Style and Size preference, then click the Continue to Next Pair button for your boo’s preferences.
After you and your partner have selected your style and size preferences, click Find Your Matching Pairs.
You will then see everything that is available for matching. Now it’s time to pick your print/color.
Once you’ve selected your desired pair, you can now proceed to checkout.
You may get a matching pair for $42 for a one-time purchase, or you may get them monthly for only $30!

View ArticleThe main change for FeelFree is that these undies will NOT have our signature black elastic waistband. After getting tons of feedback from customers, we learned that many women want the option of a waistband that’s not as rigid (and black).
The FeelFree waistband is made from MicroModal and feels the same as our undies. There is a seam where the waistband meets the garment, but otherwise there is no additional structure or support in the waistband.

Customer referrals are a big part of growing out MeUndies fam, so we want to thank you for helping. Our MeUndies Referral Program offers registered MeUndies users (i.e. active MeUndies customers) in good standing the chance to earn store credit toward future purchases, just for referring friends to MeUndies.
In order to participate in the program, active MeUndies customers must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participating in the program at any time at our discretion should he/she fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Violations of these Terms may also result in the forfeiture of all Store Credits previously earned through the program.
Qualifying Referrals
Active MeUndies customers can earn Store Credits towards future purchases if:
A referred friend makes a purchase through the active customer’s unique referral link.
The referred friend successfully completes an order totaling $12.00 or more.
If your friend does not use the personal referral link in their invite email or any other invite mechanism to accept your invitation, you may not receive Store Credits. Know that we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.
Rewards are payable only as MeUndies Store Credits issued in increments of $20 unless explicitly noted otherwise in an offer. Store Credits have no cash value, can only be redeemed for MeUndies merchandise, and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions at our sole discretion. Store credits cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including but not limited to gift cards or refunds. Store Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for the $20 credit to be added to your account after your referred friend places their order. You can monitor you and your friend's progress on your personal dashboard. If a friend has purchased via your referral link, and a referral credit has not been added to your account after this time window, please and we’ll help.
You can earn a maximum of 25 Store Credits for Qualified Referrals during the same calendar year. As an active customer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Active MeUndies customers are limited to one Store Credit and one Qualified Referral for each referred friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn Store Credits.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who use a unique referral link and complete a Qualified Referral transaction will be rewarded 20\% off their first purchase, excluding packs and gift cards. For an order to count as a Qualified Referral transaction, the referred friend must hold different identifying information than the active MeUndies customer whose link was used to initiate the order. Also, they must not have previously registered a MeUndies account (including without limitations under any other names, email addresses or aliases). And, sorry (not sorry), because that would be insane.

You can add another monthly shipment of undies or socks to your membership.If you do sign up for more than one, we’ll make sure you receive matching pairs. Not into the whole matching thing? Just log into your account and swap for another pair at least one day before your ship date.
To add another recurring item to your monthly shipment, head to your membership controls on your MeUndiesaccount page and tap Add A Monthly Pair:
From there, select which item you want to be added.Once you review your selection, price, and shipping date, just finalize your changes with the big purple button Join the Membership!
You will now have a separate control panel for each item in your membership. Additional items can later be removed from your monthly shipment through the Manage Your Pairbutton for each item.
There are also one-time add-on items suggested below your membership controls, which can be included in your next shipment:

View ArticleMost garments can be machine washed on COLD and DELICATE, then tumble dried with LOW HEAT. Please do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.
For best performance, please hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. This will help to protect the colorfastness of the garment as well as the construction of the elastane fiber in the waistband.
Before washing for the first time, always read the fabric care label of each garment.
MeUndies Adventurous designs occasionally use glow in the dark materials, blacklight reactive dye, neon dye, or reflective fabric foil for spectacular effects. Flipping them inside out, washing separately, or handwashing can help keep these features like new for longer as well as keeping the color from some dyes from transferring to other surfaces. If special care is needed, it will be noted on the care instructions of the individual garment.

1) To keep your usual shipping date, but get the items you're looking for right away, place a regular one-off order outside of your monthly shipment. As a member, you will always get special pricing on everything we make regardless of how you order it. Just shop like normal and as long as you're logged in as a member, you will see the membership pricing before you check out. This also gives you a chance to select one or two-day shipping.
2)The next way is through our Send it Now feature on your MeUndies Account Page :
Once a reservation has been made for all items that ship monthly, you will see this option available. Select itif you'd prefer your order to be processed now instead of your typical shipping date. Please note: selectingSend It Nowwill also reset your shipping date moving forward to today's date (unless it falls between the 29th to 31st in which your new ship date will be the 1st of each month).

With these new shipping methods, we will cover the duties and taxes you would normally owe and help our customers avoid the excessive Collect on Delivery (COD) fees mandated by border services.

Once you've added your payment information, click Save!

If you wish to change your default payment, select the card or PayPal by clicking the circle icon.
To delete a payment method
Visit your and select Account Info.
Then click the bin icon in line of the payment method you would like to remove.
If you wish to delete a payment method tied to an active Membership, you must first add a new default payment before deleting.
Apple Pay is another acceptable form of payment, but typically can only be used at checkout since these transactions require a passcode, touch, or Face ID authentication.
