Mr. Newman served as a senior Vice President of MGE Energy Inc since July 23, 2015 until March 6, 2017 and served as its Vice President since January 1, 2001 .He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Madison Gas and Electric Company since January 01, 2009 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been Treasurer of Madison Gas and Electric Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of MGE Energy Inc. since November 1, 1997 and its Vice President since January 1, 2001. He has been Executive Vice President of Madison Gas and Electric Company since March 3, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President until March 3, 2017.
