How challenged are you at MGM Mirage Hospitality?
It is only hard to be nice to people. There are a lot of rotten people out there who feel like they can treat a stranger any way they want, no matter how bad and you are expected to be nice to them. Only certain types of people have this ability. Other than that, upward mobility is limited to those people who are young and fresh with limited experience. I was told by an executive that it was because they didn't have to pay them as much as they would have to pay me. Nice. If you want to go to work there, keep your expectations low. It is the only way to survive.
