Mr. Thomas J. Edwards, Jr., also known as Tom, has been Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Michael Kors Holdings Limited since April 17, 2017. Mr. Edwards served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Brinker International, Inc from March 16, 2015 to April 7, 2017. Mr. Edwards served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Resorts Condominium International (Group RCI), a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world. He held numerous positions within finance at Wyndham Worldwide from 2007 to 2015, including having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Wyndham Hotel Group from March 2013 to March 2015. Mr. Edwards was responsible for the oversight of all Group RCI worldwide financial systems, reporting and controls, as well as strategic planning and forecasting. He joined Group RCI from Kraft Foods, where he held a number of key finance and strategy positions at both Kraft Foods and its Nabisco Foods division during his 14-year career with the company, including Controller of Kraft Cheese and Vice President of Finance. In addition, Mr. Edwards served as Vice President of Consumer Innovation and Marketing Services, providing finance leadership and playing a key role in leading and coordinating cross-border projects and supporting growth initiative analysis. He served as Vice President of Consumer Innovation and Marketing Services at Kraft Foods and Vice President of Finance at Nabisco Food Service Company. Prior to joining Kraft Foods, he held a number of finance positions at PNC Bank. Mr. Edwards holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from The Wharton School.
