Needs better communication skills with employees
My salary does not reflect my responsibilities nor does it reflect my time commitment.
They keep dropping more work on us, but do not provide additional/incremental training, nor compensation for the additional workload. Feel completely under valued as an employee, just another cog in the machine.
I am over $20,000 underpaid.

Way too slow and insular.
Too much red tape/processes that hinder being able to accomplish tasks, or get work done. Senior management can't or won't take responsibility for anything, except successes. We seldom get the training or resources we need to get the job done in a proficient manner.
Better communication and perks for employees, help them manage work life balance
