They do not micro manage.

I love the team building activities and the level of interaction and team work throughout the work day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They have several people interview from the team you will be on, thus you get an idea who you will be working for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just wish there was a greater atmosphere of working hard and using all eight hours to work hard. There is too much free time.
