The current upper management team seems to be more honest than our previous one.
There are some really hard-working, good people on my team. Most are friendly and personable.
At the time, it was reasonably informal, but very informative as to the position and what was expected.
Middle management is attempting to instill a positive, forward-looking mentality in the workforce, with actual examples of our successes and frank reviews of our failures (rather than screaming matches).
The position pays less than comparable positions at other companies, especially as an employee with a number of years with the company. Increases to at least match cost-of-living increases would be good.
Personal stress due to finances and family health issues, in conjunction with burnout from working so hard for so long under five different upper management entities. Better compensation would be appreciated, but would not necessarily fix the issues.
