They are very loyal and polite with whatever we go through as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way service line manages their work and the distribution of the same. Its completely equal and transparent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way leaders are approaching their service line and employees for understanding the concerns, and they make sure they will address it to the point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its about current COVID-19, MF can take much initiated measures to set up their employees workstation as it is much required for all the professionals to have a set of workstation to carry on their activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and the Information domain which I'm into is challenging and needs lot of creative thoughts. Which makes me to create lot of imagination measures to achieve the goal and lead to success.
