Cut the executives bloated salaries and pay the sales reps.

Always starts with thank you for all your hard work and efforts, but by the way NOTHING for you. You wonder why so many are leaving, the talent that is walking out that door will never come through that door into this company. The gig is up and the word on the street is stay away from Microfocus

I'm a qualified charted account. but didn't expect to be doing operational work.

MF take superannuation out of base salary. Enforced 8 days leave over Xmas/New Year.

MF is very cost conscious, had a spending freeze with limited increases that don't match with increases in development in the same time.

Underinvestment in R&D, milking our customers

Senior management in PSDC who fill the room with hearing their voice and believe they have a clue what they are doing, please go write another book which nobody will read.

Personal stress due to finances and family health issues, in conjunction with burnout from working so hard for so long under five different upper management entities. Better compensation would be appreciated, but would not necessarily fix the issues.

I just wish there was a greater atmosphere of working hard and using all eight hours to work hard. There is too much free time.
