What do you like best about the leadership team?
Literally every executive at the company is an email away to help with a deal. The CEO will personally respond to your emails if you ask him to join a call to help close with an important client. Its truly invaluable when it comes to closing deals to have this kind of access and support.

a lot of politics here in the company
Committing to a strategy and/or socializing this strategy among the lower ranks so we can see how what we are doing aligns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus potential is very high. Commission rates are progressive and there are multipliers based on specific product offerings that the company is trying to promote.

The time for the past year’s 401k match to vest fully is just 1 year. If you are employed on Dec 31, all of the match from that year vests.

not paid enough and they are very mean with the maternity and paternity leaves

IT and legal are super cautious, more so than at other companies I’ve been at. This slows down the ability of the other departments to work
