not paid enough and they are very mean with the maternity and paternity leaves

They always work with excellency
Too many meetings. Written records would be better at keeping everyone on the same page.

The space is saturated and is more a commodity now

pay more and try to really listen to the engineers and support engineers for ideas
IT and legal are super cautious, more so than at other companies I’ve been at. This slows down the ability of the other departments to work
