I should be making considerably more for what i do--I live paycheck to paycheck

More information available to employees to better assist the customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay needs to be increased. Employees need more resources to help customers. Supervisors and managers need to do the job that phone reps do daily at least one day a week so that they have a better idea of the struggles.
