Mr. Christopher Martin, also known as Chris, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MightyHive. Mr. Martin served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations & Compliance and Treasurer at Obopay, Inc. and served as its General Manager of North America. He is a respected leader in Finance & Accounting and Internet Advertising & Marketing. This landed him key positions at Yahoo!; among them: Controllership Chief of Staff and Director of Targeting Operations. He was responsible for the Dapper, 5to1, and Interclick acquisition integrations. He served as a Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations & Services at Obopay, Inc. He began his career at Obopay in March 2007 and is responsible for the customer service, quality assurance, information technology, compliance and treasury leadership. His experience spans over 22 years in management roles at Yahoo!, Unisys, Allstate Insurance Company and EF Hutton & Company supporting finance and information technology functions. While at Yahoo!, he led the finance program management office, built the international treasury operations and compliance infrastructure supporting 27 countries. He was responsible for all electronic payments strategy, cash management and acquisition integration. Prior to Yahoo!, Mr. Martin led the insurance consulting practice at Unisys, where he led the development of numerous eCommerce web sites, business process redesign implementations and payment processing system installations. As the first Treasurer of the Allstate Savings Bank, he was responsible for the development of its payment infrastructure, compliance guidelines, and consumer marketing initiatives. Mr. Martin coaches youth sports and supports fund raising for Downs Syndrome research. He received an MBA from Kent State University, a BA from Iona College and holds the Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation. He received his BS Computer Engineering from Lehigh University and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
