What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody is pushing for each others personal development and growth. Its a common theme in all meetings and career growth planning.
Transparency and honesty. They tell us the good and the bad, everyone owns a small part of the company and they respect that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the company takes care of so many things! 100% coverage on medical; a challenge to get reimbursements sometimes but totally worth it

super relaxed and we do not take it too seriously, behind the scenes everybody works really hard towards a common goal
