What makes you most happy at work?

Learning new things, talking to customers, making a difference to the industry

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

So many things. Milestone needs to focus on the basics and then expand from there. There are too many cooks in the kitchen and too many "high priority" projects. Milestone also does not let anything run for a fair amount of time for sufficient testing to see results.
