Bland, commercial, not the most creative anymore - you basically work for sephora these days. The best days, super creative, daring days are pretty much gone and the vibe is very vanilla and dull.

the pto is amazing and generally the benefits and open conversation with hr is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are culturally super dialled in but there is a lot of hetero male energy which is exhausting
