- What would you most like to see improved at your company?Turnover rate most definitely. When you have a good team you should look after them. Because they could really be long term employees if treated fairly in compensation.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I worked hard and pretty much knew how to do everything. Just felt so underpaid. I would feel better if they paid better for our work. It's a dangerous job.
