Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My manager hasnt even entertained having a conversation around my compensation

equitable pay without my threat of leaving

35,000 entry level for 18 months and then they put a promotion freeze on the company. It is a tough place to start a career. Upper management is paid well.
