Repkacing themselves with people who are more. caring and not discrimnative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, 401k Match and Healthcare

Keeping medical payments low is an obvious strength, but I like the lengths they've taken to encourage people to be healthy. There are free exercise classes on-site 3 days a week, healthy-lifestyle events like the global bike challenge, and discounts for personal training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid for the amiunt of work completed and reviewed by the people you actuslly work directly with and not judged by someone in an office who is complwtely unaware of whats going on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, trusting and dependsable
Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Everyone is out to achieve the team's goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really take time to interact with each other, even when only casual opportunities present themselves. It makes it easy to learn about what other people do and how their work contributes to the company as a whole.
