Keeping medical payments low is an obvious strength, but I like the lengths they've taken to encourage people to be healthy. There are free exercise classes on-site 3 days a week, healthy-lifestyle events like the global bike challenge, and discounts for personal training.

Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Everyone is out to achieve the team's goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really take time to interact with each other, even when only casual opportunities present themselves. It makes it easy to learn about what other people do and how their work contributes to the company as a whole.
