Ooen door and accessible. They tell Us what is going on
Recognizing employees for their tireless efforts to make the company what it is goes unnoticed so often that it becomes the norm. The same people continue to get praise over and over again, whilemthe people actually doing the work are completely forgotten about. Many at the top are brown-nosers.
Competitive pay for a really interesting place to work
I feel undervalued because promotions don't come easy at Minnetronix. More often than not they will hire someone off the street that must take years to learn their position when they have more than enough capable individuals already employed that could take on the responsibility.
Some of them are so lazy. They try to get by with the least amount of work and pass work off on others all the while they are watching videos and texting their friends. There should be no favoritism, but it persists and the work environment suffers because of it.
Other Assemblers are willing to work and go the extra mile.
Willing to help each other
There aren't any positives other than I have a job and am not unemployed.

Management from the top down is clueless about how to improve the company. They make it worse by their unreasonable requests and ridiculous timelines that are impossible to meet. Improve by listening to your long-time employees and taking suggestions with some sense of thankfulness and appreciation.
