What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be honest about what they can and cannot do for people. They should start supporting their foundational employees that actually do work and are billable not the out-of-touch directors. The path should be transparent and honest.

If they cannot pay, then they should promote me with a title and role that befits my experience, expertise, and leadership.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers work fine together. If anything we need less management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers support each other. We are all in it together and there is no selfishness in trying to do great work for our clients.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Despite charging our clients a large premium, we don't use that to re-invest in our employees. Because of that our clients have poached many employees and there is tremendous turnover. So much so that it is not affecting client relationships and future business.
