What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Banking GM is working hard to close the banking business. Banking GM and VP - PM has never worked on Banking.
Finastra - Core Banking (Essence) business in Asia, Europe and MEA is going to die...Thanks to the General Manager for Retail Banking Products and his team. A tool with a fool is still a fool. Similarly a Fool managing a high potential team can make this great team an incompetent team.
