Compensation package is likely good for industry, but not the best in the industry

Base pay is competitive and benefits are great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better if Mitchell had an overall comp package that was commensurate with other companies it's size and growth level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we all come from different backgrounds we all can relate with each other and we can see how we can make things easier for everyone to get the job done
Folks are positive, interactive, and responsible and they come to meeting prepared. Meetings require an Agenda, and are efficient and effective overall. Teams and folks at company are positive and treat each other respectfully.

Trust is lacking. Building trust through training and mentoring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture and environment are positive, and folks that work here at all levels are supportive of each other and their work efforts.
A lot of support for the individuals: health challenges, good benefits, opportunities to give back to the community
Strong and positive culture. The Leaders listen and respond to employee feedback.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication to keep everyone informed on what is happening and what is going on and what is going to happen next
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet your manager & key team members, and understanding the type of work one would be addressing.
They made it easy. I didn't like the weird personality test though.

Getting to interact with our teams, and seeing our plans and designs come to life as well leading well-executed customer research.
Completing a project and feeling a sense of accomplishment and contributing to the success of the company
Partnering with teams across the organization on a variety of projects. Ability to share my ideas and run with projects. I've had amazing professional development opportunities since I started. My boss is concerned about my well being and looking for ways to build my career.
