The leadership team at Mitek is inspirational. We are doing things that are changing identity for the world and they truly believe in our mission and our people.

Bonus, Pay, Wellness Benefits, Flexibility
The company always pays out bonuses and when you perform well sometimes they give you extra stock as a reward.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really good at collaborating together and staying in touch, we have made a lot of changes since we all moved to work from home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people just want to do what they are currently doing. With no drive to improve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the freedom to work with different people and get involved with other departments in the company. They really encourage teamwork here and people are open to working together.

Every day I feel encouraged by my team for the work that I do, my co-workers are amazing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Archaic and bureaucratic approach with a significant head-in-the-sand mentality which leads to a wait-and-see strategy.
