They need to review local hires salary range and adjust to match market if they want good talent.

They are supportive in some aspect
Great people. Again except salary, this company is great place to work.
My team members are hard working persons and we can collaborate at every of work.

Everyone deserves to be treated fairly
They should collaborate more with coworkers

Mitsui is one of the most desired company in Japan. They just have issues in the US.
Work schedule is very good for work life balance
