A fast process, with not a lot of interviews, in one interview three people joined, and later I had the opportunity to meet the team.

It is a people-first company, they seek the best benefits, the good use of feedback is allowed, there are performance evaluations that allow us to establish a professional career, and I have a team feeling with every colleague even if we are from different departments.
