We are treated like grown ups, as long as you perform you have a lot of room to work in your preferred manner.
The support and positive atmosphere. Every job is hard in its own way, but when you have supportive and a positive environment it's easier.

Althougth we are many times in different countries, the fact that we have personally meet is super positive.

The availability of tons of interesting projects that allow the employees to grow professionally.
It is a people-first company, they seek the best benefits, the good use of feedback is allowed, there are performance evaluations that allow us to establish a professional career, and I have a team feeling with every colleague even if we are from different departments.

The culture! We are all on the same page - not there to compete with each other, but to make a win-win for us and for our clients, to inspire each other, whenever is possible! You can learn a lot and grow in a lot of different directions!
Main language is English - great to upgrade my knowledge, I can hear Spanish occasionally and great to upgrade this language knowledge as well

Always get the things done together and improve whenever and wherever is possible.
The company listens to employees suggestions, and (if it's feasible) acts on it. A lot of the credit goes to the People team, since they are doing most of the hard work regarding having positive culture and environment.
The positives about the culture and environment is that people are being rewarded for good performance, so the advancement criteria is clearly set. Compared to some other organizations I was a part of, I am happy that Mitto is keeping things fair, without nepotism/favoritism of certain employees etc

No line of communication - you can reach anyone anytime and that's make employees feel like they belonging to a big project where everybody matters.
