Availability! Unlike some other organizations, the leadership team at Mitto is willing to dedicate time for their employees and are actively included in solving challenges with the team

When it comes to compensation, it's positive to point out Mitto has two yearly reviews to evaluate and re-evaluate performances and advancement, so everyone gets an equal opportunity and time to address superiors about income.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positives about the culture and environment is that people are being rewarded for good performance, so the advancement criteria is clearly set. Compared to some other organizations I was a part of, I am happy that Mitto is keeping things fair, without nepotism/favoritism of certain employees etc
