How secure do you feel at your job at Mizkan Americas?
Very unsecure. Many high-level management folks pushed out of the organization & replaced with folks from outside while I was there. Little to no effort made to retain employees.
What unique perks and benefits does Mizkan Americas provide?
Free coffee, I guess. Occasionally, an effort is made to have office parties and such, but with little to no employee enthusiasm.

Good amount of diversity.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Mizkan Americas?
Lack of systems, processes and bizarre "work all the time" culture led by expats. Upper management attempting to change the culture, but culture was moving negatively rather than positively.
How's the morale at Mizkan Americas?
Lack of real focus on long term growth plan and poorly performing branded product lines leads to poor morale. Add to it a lack of internal hiring, and many folks were looking for new roles outside of the company.
