  • Very unsecure. Many high-level management folks pushed out of the organization & replaced with folks from outside while I was there. Little to no effort made to retain employees.

  • Lack of systems, processes and bizarre "work all the time" culture led by expats. Upper management attempting to change the culture, but culture was moving negatively rather than positively.

  • Lack of real focus on long term growth plan and poorly performing branded product lines leads to poor morale. Add to it a lack of internal hiring, and many folks were looking for new roles outside of the company.
