What do you like best about the leadership team?
very supportive, make you feel like you are part of the team.

Have to make sure that people hired and put in management positions at the plants have the experience to preform the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over 20 years experience in the field, supervisor and as a director. Compensation I see that even with my hands on experience and years of knowledge that others with no clue get hired in at a higher rate
What are some of the best things about your team?
great group of people, I feel like HR does a good job with the hiring process

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a healthy environment where you feel you are treated fairly, no harassment. I am a woman and have not been comfortable at other jobs

Management changes has to be done
