Have to make sure that people hired and put in management positions at the plants have the experience to preform the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over 20 years experience in the field, supervisor and as a director. Compensation I see that even with my hands on experience and years of knowledge that others with no clue get hired in at a higher rate
