What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat everyone like peers
Creative, attentive, and responsive - so yay!
They're easy to approach and talk to
Thanks, we try to be transparent with our decision making and over communicate to ensure clarity. We like to solve problems quickly rather than wait until they grow, so it's always important to communicate regularly and point out issues right away.
A lot of transparency and openness, they're very approachable and normal people just like us.
Friendly and very visible, part of the actual team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay the cost of our Kaiser plan

We're treated really well and part of a team not just a cog in a factory.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pretty similar, so we get along well
We get along really well and have fun at team events but also on a daily basis at work.
Everyone works hard and I trust each person is doing their best. If help is needed we turn to each other and can rely on team to get things set.
We talk a lot and have fun together
We work hard but have a lot of fun together. Everyone gets along and we have a good dynamic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WE try to thank eachother each week
There's never a problem we can't solve, we know we can do it, we just need to find the time.
It's ok to make mistakes as long as we learn from them.
We're a team that all work together even though we're on different projects.

The riddles were super hard, but they were asked in a fun way
THey posed challenging questions and problems but they're not impossible and are actually easier than vague interview questions about your future

When I figure out something for the first time
Hanging out with my coworkers and getting help or giving help on projects.
Good coworkers, friendly environment, relaxed and low key
