Get rid of jerry at once
Need to listen their employees voices. CEO works for only stockholder.

Benefits are getting worse, salary too. Even if work hard, there are lots of politician in Company.
50% more compensation, to bring me in line with rest of industry.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I hope that salaries and benefits improve at least as much as the average in the same industry.
More willing to collaborate would help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive thing in the company is Only coworkers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More collaboration. Less distance between employees and the Exec Staff.

Losing business. Merge several companies. To regain our former reputation, we need to make a choice and focus.
