He served as Corporate Controller of MKS Instruments Inc from March 2006 to January 2010. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vette Corp. from 2004 to 2006. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates Inc. since November 1999 until 2004 and served as Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Bagshaw served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Palo Alto Products International, Pte., Ltd. from 1998 to 1999. He had held positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Asia-Pacific Region and formerly Corporate Controller for Waters Corporation from 1994 to 1998. He was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Bagshaw serves as a Director of Associated Industries Of Massachusetts. He served as a Director of MKS Instruments, Inc. since April 2016 until May 12, 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bagshaw holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
