What do you like best about the leadership team?
No micromanaging they trust you to be an adult and do your job.
Good energy helps the low guy on the totem pole

Learning how to be more attentive to their employees.
Communication and patience and real team work like a real team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was poorly mistreated as if I was some curb you walk all over.
I would feel better if I got more than minimum wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
Need additional staff as we are overwhelmed at times.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of communication and teamwork isn't even present.
Bye common communication skills and abilities to get a hold of the clients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Eccllict some times anyones one
There is no way to get the best possible positive culture out of work till everything is good for the last time
