Parental leave is fully paid for everyone; PTO is unlimited
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits, out side of partial insurance, are nonexistent and if you work there for most of your career, you will have nothing to show for it
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Best Customer service ever
teamwork is excellent and everyone takes accountability

Properly train Managers overall too
