What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is top notch and care about their employees. They are continued to be empowered to drive the company forward.
They're on the floor, involved with the day-to-day, while also enabling employees to suggest and improve processes (internal and external) on their own.
Willingness to support the team's ideas.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Contain some of the smartest, brightest, and friendliest minds in town.
I've worked here for 5 years and couldn't have asked for a better team. We're all very different but come together to solve problems inside of work and also hang out together outside of work.
Work hard, smart, and talented.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a woman, working with such a great group of women here is very important to me. We continue to step up in different positions and lead other team members.
