Christopher J. Miner — Senior VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Mobile Mini

Mr. Christopher J. Miner, also known as Chris, has been the Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Mobile Mini, Inc. since December 2008 and has been its General Counsel since joining in June 2008. Mr. Miner is responsible for all of legal strategy, compliance, litigation and regulatory matters. He also served as Vice President of Mobile Mini, Inc. since June 2008. He advises many companies in connection with their governance, compliance and securities work as well as other corporate transactions including bank credit and financing and asset purchase and sale transactions. He has advised clients in a wide variety of both public and private debt and equity offerings by US and non-U.S companies, including initial public offerings and convertible offerings. He was a Partner at DLA Piper LLP (US) from September 2007 to 2008. He was a Partner at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, which he joined in 2004. He was an Attorney in New York and Europe with Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1999 to 2004, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. He served as a Senior Editor of the Law Review at Brigham Young University. He also serves on the board of A New Leaf, a provider of emergency shelter and services to those suffering from domestic violence and homelessness. Mr. Miner holds a B.A. in German in 1996 and a J.D. cum laude in 1999 from Brigham Young University.
