What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very diverse and most members of it are great people with strong skills. But the executive team includes one person who pretty much runs the whole show, along with his "2nd in command" who gets free reign to do whatever he wants.
Open to new ideas, vitally concerned about maintaining an excellent work culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People on the whole are very accepting of each others differences and those are celebrated. Overall people want to support and encourage each other, which is really nice
Positive vibes and mutual support never lets pressure affect work quality. Feels like we are back in school doing an interesting project!
