They are quick with expense reimbursement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I deserve more money than what I am being paid because I do more work then my job title states. We were cheated during our raises.
Expect more than a 1-2% increase per year. Does Not even cover inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well and support each other
My team works harder than any other team in the call center.
