Since it is a 100% remote job, almost all communications are emails, messages and video calls. Fun small team in the early stages of the company growth. You can feel the energy around growing the business.

Responsive and positive. Leadership is open to discussions, willing to work with employee desires, and excited about their vision moving forward. They don't shy away from praise.

Compensation is a fluctuating thing at this early stage of the company, but there have been efforts make to cover needs and target a great growth trajectory.

They all seem happy and positive. I'm always treated with respect by them.

I'm from different country but never once I felt that I was different. They treat me fairly.

I am able to chat with my manager whenever I have a question. He's open-minded and welcoming to any communication.
