What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to work on not harassing junior employees and not treating people like robots.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The executives would belittle employees. Also if an employee worked all night for a project instead of being appreciative they would ask why the project was completed a certain way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I would wake up everyday depressed that I had to go to work at Modco.
