- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to work on not harassing junior employees and not treating people like robots.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The executives would belittle employees. Also if an employee worked all night for a project instead of being appreciative they would ask why the project was completed a certain way.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I would wake up everyday depressed that I had to go to work at Modco.
