What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work on not harassing junior employees and not treating people like robots.
The company has no respect for their employees and encourage mid managers to treat junior employees with a complete lack of respect.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The executives would belittle employees. Also if an employee worked all night for a project instead of being appreciative they would ask why the project was completed a certain way.
The coworkers need to be more respectful to people around them. Everyone deserves to be treated with a certain level of respect and Modco Media doesn't believe in treating employees with any level of respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to have HR meetings and learn how to be understanding. The mid level managers would come in and harrass people with little disregard.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would wake up everyday depressed that I had to go to work at Modco.
Everything that could be wrong with a company is Modco Media. Being disrespectful to fellow employees should not be tolerated. At Modco Media it is encouraged.
