I started at MTSI as a temp, and knew right away that I loved the company and the culture. I was so sad when I left to take another job. After COVID-19 forced that company to lay off most of it's employees, I was thrilled to be able to come back to MTSI.

I am 100% satisfied with all the benefits I have been offered. I feel they are fair and more than competitive with similar companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have no complaints about our company culture. The hiring team has done a fantastic job of hiring positive, wonderful people and it shows in the overall company atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is always accessible and willing to help in any situation. I have never felt hesitant about going to any of them for assistance, even if the situation didn't directly pertain to their department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I actually look forward to going to work and seeing my coworkers. Most of the time, when companies say they are like a family, it couldn't be further from the truth. I genuinely care about and enjoy working with my MTSI family.
